DELIVERY
Payava LTD – London, UK delivers products through the following methods:
- Self pick-up at our confectionery: UNIT 53A EXPRESSWAY, NORTH WOOLWICH ROAD, LONDON E16 2AA.
- Our personal courier delivery to any location in London. The delivery cost is calculated at the end of the order. You will see the current prices, which vary by area from £9.99 to £39.99.
- Royal Mail delivery for £4.99 for the category (biscuits, brownies, cookies, seasonal and additions).
- Across the UK, Scotland, and Ireland via DHL, Royal Mail, and UPS (not for all products).
We can also deliver outside of London, but for this, the customer needs to contact us by phone at +44 7443 440137 or by email at info@payava.co.uk.
You choose the delivery time at the end of placing your order. Typically, the preparation of your order takes two days. However, if you require a super-urgent order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
In case the product is damaged during delivery, please provide us with evidence immediately, such as photos of the damaged item. Notify us about the issue, and we will work to resolve the situation as best as possible.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and correct address with the nearest landmarks, as well as the recipient’s contact details, to ensure timely delivery without delays or cancellations.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed at the end of your order, with the final price calculated to include the cost of your chosen delivery method. If you select self-pickup from our confectionery, there is no additional charge. Courier delivery costs vary by area, while Royal Mail delivery is calculated according to our current pricing.
Order cancellations for all categories can be made within 24 hours after payment. However, please note that the refund will be issued minus the bank’s processing fee, which ranges from approximately 8% to 14%.
